Duties and Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following below points:
- Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service.
- Store product in appropriate areas within the storeroom rotating and dating product when necessary.
- Process outlet requisitions for products requisitioned by way of using a moderately computer system.
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization in accordance with The Hotel standards along with Health Codes.
- Communicate with outlets when requisitions are complete special orders have arrived and products that need to be issued from the storeroom.
- Keep receiving dock and storerooms clean and orderly throughout the day.
- Participate in month end inventory process.
- Maintain the F&B Store in proper way as per local authorities requirements run the Store without any problem and ensure the adequate stock levels.
- To maintain Issuing method to avoid spoilage.
- Requisition to be issued after the proper Approval.
- Minimum and maximum stock level to be maintain to avoid the shortages.
- Records all invoices / delivery notes in the receiving through system log book.
- Stamps all invoices and delivery notes with the receiving stamp and complete all applicable sections of the receiving stamp.
- In case of Dairy/ Poultry/ Meat/ item Cold store temperature should checked daily basics.
- Prepare Purchase order on a timely basis to ensure that adequate stock are maintained at all time.
- DaytoDay requisition to be posted.
- To take preinventory every week to check theoretical stock with physical stock.
- Utilize the notice of error correction and combined good received without an invoice and goods returned without a credit note form as required by the circumstance.
- Ensure that all arriving items are in good condition and backed up by authorized purchase requests and to notify to the Materials Manager of any price discrepancy.
- Notify to the Store man or Department Heads concerned of arriving materials in order that items may be promptly removed from the receiving area.
- Complete the pending order not received and forward to the Executive Chef and Materials Department.
- Bring all outstanding deliveries for the current month to the attention of the Materials Manager and. or Purchase Manager at the end of the month.
- Prepares liquidation for all imported goods.
- Assist the Inventory Supervisor in month end inventory and month end closing.
- Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager.
- Keep the store clean and tidy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school certificate/ Diploma.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Ability to solve simple problems.
- Experience with accounting and facilities management software.
- hard working with Good teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under presser.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Details oriented Excellent math skills Highly responsible organized & reliable.
- Must have intermediate reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out.
