- Responsible foridentifying new business opportunities building relationships with potentialclients and driving growth. This role will require strategic thinkingexcellent communication skills and the ability to develop tailored solutionsthat meet the specific needs of businesses.
- Conduct thoroughmarket research to identify new business opportunities trends and potentialclients in the HR outsourcing industry.
- Generate leadsthrough networking referrals industry events and digital marketing and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understandtheir HR needs and propose tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Develop andpresent proposals and service agreements to clients. Negotiate terms andcontracts to close deals effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Human Resources Marketing or a related field.
- Experiencein business development sales or a related role preferably in HR outsourcingor HR services.
- Strongunderstanding of HR outsourcing services (e.g. recruitment payroll trainingcompliance).
- Proventrack record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Positiveattitude detail and customer oriented with good multitasking andorganizational ability
- Strongdecisionmaking organizational planning and problemsolving skills
- Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentation skills.
