Join a team thats redefining cloud computing and helping customers transform their businesses. As a Senior Partner Sales Manager at Amazon Web Services youll have the opportunity to drive adoption of our industryleading cloud services and third party solutions.

In this strategic role youll work closely with our Sales organization to build mind share and revenue growth through our key consulting and Technology partners. Leveraging your strong business background and sales experience youll craft and execute partner engagement plans that deliver value to both our partners and customers.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in direct and through partner sales as well as the ability to navigate technical and commercial challenges at the highest levels. If youre a motivated selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced innovative environment we want you on our team.

Key job responsibilities
Drive sales ensure across activities including coordinating lead generation and joint sales enablement efforts with AWS partners and the AWS field organizations.
Understand our customers needs and challenges within your territories and ensure seamless collaboration between partners and AWS field teams to position the best solutions.
Lead a coordinated approach that will maximize market penetration optimize sales effectiveness and drive mutual business growth through synchronized partner and field operations.
Orchestrate diverse resources within the AWS organization to support AWS partner sellwith activities. Create and maintain a longterm scalable joint gotomarket model that drives partner and customer success
Serve as the central point of contact for ensuring key highprofile joint sales opportunities are sourced developed and closed effectively
Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure information is thorough and accurate according to AWSs adoption solution stages. Hold collaborative reviews with both AWS Partners and AWS Account Management teams to identify best practices to leverage or lessons to be learned
Broker internal resources tools references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet set goals
Advocate for the needs of partner organizations to unlock the support required for their success

Strong experience in endcustomer sales in the cloud business or in the software industry
Successful trackrecord (exceeding quota and key performance metrics) with consulting and technology partners through account management program management and business development
Deep expertise and knowledge of leading strategic consulting firms (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs) in the Israeli market both local and global
Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and excellent familiarity with Enterprise customer decision making processes
Business fluency in Hebrew and English

Prior experience working with AWS Consulting Partners and/or Technology partners
Understanding of AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure
Strong organizational skills and attentiontodetail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced dynamic work environment
Track record in partner sales or overlay sales roles with a demonstrated ability to build bridges and collaborate between partner and company field sales organizations to foster mutual trust sales enablement and joint sales motions
An entrepreneurial spirit including the ability to work independently and autonomously
