Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing a largescale construction project from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of multiple construction teams and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality control
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients
• Manage contract negotiations and change orders with vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations in Qatar
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels among all project stakeholders
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 15  years of experience in construction management
• Professional Engineering License or equivalent certification
• Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects preferably in the Middle East
• Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software and technical writing
• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
