A leading building materials company in Riyadh is currentlyseeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company. As the CEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company overseeing its daytoday operations and driving growth in the dynamic and competitive building materials industry. You will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills extensive experience in the building materials sector and a proven track record of driving organizational success. 1. Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the development and refinement of the companys strategic vision and objectives tailored to the building materials industry.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to translate primary objectives into actionable plans for each department ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
- Oversee the general administrative and executive operations of the company with a focus on optimizing processes related to manufacturing distribution and supply chain management in the building materials sector.
- Review and approve plans executive programs initiatives projects and budgets before submission to the Board of Directors ensuring resource allocation aligns with industry standards and company goals.
- Drive the development of new products services and market expansion initiatives specific to the building materials industry leveraging market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Spearhead efforts to establish partnerships and alliances to enhance the companys market presence and competitive advantage in the building materials sector.
- Review and audit all procedures records forms and quality system instructions to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for building materials maintaining a commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures across various departments with a focus on safety sustainability and environmental regulations relevant to the building materials industry.
- Conduct final reviews of annual budgets and financial reports before presentation to the Board of Directors with a keen understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators specific to the building materials sector.
- Represent the company externally and at official events ceremonies and interviews within the building materials industry acting as a spokesperson and advocate for the companys mission and values.
- Make necessary decisions within delegated authority to ensure effective business operations and strategic positioning within the building materials market.
- Prepare and present monthly semiannual and annual reports to the Board of Directors providing insights into market trends operational performance and strategic initiatives within the building materials sector.
- Facilitate discussions on these reports during regular board meetings fostering transparency and accountability in decisionmaking processes.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related fields with a focus on the building materials industry preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience preferably in building material companies or related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
- Indepth knowledge of building materials industry operations including manufacturing processes distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with construction facility operations regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong problemsolving planning and development abilities with a track record of driving organizational growth and profitability in the building materials sector.
