Job Overview:
As a Product Analyst you will play a critical role in driving datainformed decisions to enhance our product offerings. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams analyze product performance and support the development and of product strategies. This is an entrylevel role ideal for a datadriven individual eager to grow in product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze user behavior product performance and market trends using tools like SQL Excel and analytics platforms (e.g.Mixpanel).
- Prepare and present reports on product KPIs to stakeholders.
- Product Insights:
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Gather user feedback to understand pain points and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers to support product development initiatives.
- Partner with the marketing and sales teams to understand the customer journey and optimize the product experience.
- A/B Testing:
- Assist in designing running and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- Documentation & Support:
- Maintain clear documentation of product insights metrics and test results.
- Provide support for product launches by analyzing earlystage feedback and adoption metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
- 13 years of experience.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Enthusiasm for technology data and product development.
