Unikomm is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our Team in Egypt!

Role Description: As a Senior Consultant you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives gathering requirements and tailoring ServiceNow solutions to their needs. You will provide training and support to endusers resolve issues and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with over 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Responsibilities
- Configure workflows and scripts to automate and enhance business processes.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to client requirements.
- Build solutions with lowcode and procode (Javascript)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver highquality solutions.
- Support ongoing improvements to existing applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Skills Required
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 12 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS and REST APIs.
- Problemsolving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
