The Helium Gas Filling Station & Package Gases Leader is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities related to filling/area(s) of Helium Filling station to meet production goals quality cost objectives and customer satisfaction maintaining a high level of health safety and environmental compliance in the production unit.
Responsible for the helium supply chain process in addition to managing local and imported assets and Helium ISO containers.
Responsible for deploying of the Group & AMEI cluster Transformations & digitalization programs for PG activity in EGYPT within the targeted cost and its time frame with close coordination with IT department operations teams expert & cluster / group level internal & external respective stakeholders and suppliers.
Enforces Air Liquides safety local regulations compliance and quality standards:
- Implements corrective and preventive actions to answer customer and internal claims.
- Ensures that the facility is operated in a safe reliable and efficient manner preserving the environment.
Human Capital Management & development: Managing a team of filling technicians.
Cylinder Filling Management:
- Analyzes costs and investments to ensure high efficiency and alignment with the budget.
- Develop and implement of all activities related to production/area(s) to meet production goals quality and cost objectives according to IMS regulations.
Manage Helium Supply Chain operations: Ensure continuous product availability by determining the number and dates of ISO containers according to the sales forecast.
Package Gases Supply Chain digitalization:
- Promote PG supply chain Power BI dashboard to benchmark with the group KPIs.
- Perform cost base COGS analysis & losses monitoring on Power BI for the endtoend supply chain.
Reports Management:
- Submit the weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports to all internal and external parties (Group Hub Local levels).
- Ensure the monthly closing reports are submitted on time.
Are you a MATCH
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- 25 years in the Production of dangerous goods is a must
- 12 years experience in the Industrial gases field is preferable
- 12 years in data analysis assignments
- strong knowledge in supply chain management
- Strong analysis reporting & communication skills
- Advanced Business English
