Process Automation Intern

We are seeking a talented and motivated Process Automation Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating and optimizing processes across the company and building workflows. This role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity through the implementation of effective automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement automated solutions to streamline business processes.
- Build and maintain workflows and automation templates in Notion.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of automated processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and workflows.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and technologies.
- Experience with workflow management and automation in Notion.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript).
- Familiarity with API integrations and data synchronization.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
