As a Tinter the key responsibility is to measure examine and test one or more characteristics of a product and the compare with predetermined specifications to determine conformity.

Heres some of the other things you can look forward to:

• To adjust the colour with the specified colour standard as requested in the order confirmation or the batch cards.

• Stock maintenance of tinting pastes.

• Responsible for safe maintenance and upkeep of Dispensing machines.

• Coordinates with QC in establishing proper tinting ratios.

• Adheres to manufacturing instructions and work instructions related to ISO 9001ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Observe the fire and safety instructions of the factory and active member of the Fire Fighting Team.

• To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health safety and environment policies.

• Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.

• To perform the Labelling and filling Operation as and when required.

• Customer service as per the commitment.

• Report technical issues and colour complaints to QC Lab.

• Assisting QC in reworking Tinted shades.

The role will be based in Qatar and will report to the Production Supervisor.

We expect that you have the following qualifications:

• Prefer High School graduate.

• 5 years experience in Paint or Ink factory would be ideal.

• Basic knowledge in computer.

• Experience in operation of Dispensing machine and Highspeed dissolvers.

• Ability to handle water based and solventborne products as per customer requirements.

• Good written and verbal English communication

• Largo match software awareness.

• Knowledge of International color standards.
