Customer Service Agent Italian Based in Egypt
Employment Type: FullTime OnSite
Working Hours: 8 AM 8 PM 7Day Shift Rotation)

Our client is seeking an Italianspeaking Customer Service Agent to join their vibrant team in Egypt. If youre someone fluent in Italian and looking to start a career in customer service this is your chance! No qualifications or experience neededjust a willingness to learn and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
- Maintain highquality service standards
- Work according to a structured shift schedule including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (B2 C1 level)
- Must have successfully completed secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Comfortable working onsite
- Willing to work in a 7day shift rotation 8 AM 8 PM)
- No prior experience requiredjust a positive attitude and great communication skills!
