سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيAs a Dietitian you will be responsible for assessing diagnosing and treating dietary and nutritional issues in individuals. You will work with patients clients and communities to promote healthy eating habits and create personalized meal plans to address various medical conditions or health goals. You will also be involved in nutrition education providing consultations and ensuring that dietary needs are met in clinical or community settings.
Nutritional Assessment: Assess and evaluate clients nutritional needs by reviewing medical history laboratory data and dietary habits.
Dietary Planning: Develop personalized meal plans and nutrition therapy based on individual health conditions preferences and cultural factors.
Patient Education: Provide educational sessions to patients families and groups on proper nutrition healthy eating and lifestyle changes.
Monitoring and Followup: Monitor clients progress and make adjustments to nutrition plans based on health goals and feedback.
Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work alongside doctors nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients with specific conditions (e.g. diabetes heart disease etc..
Specialized Care: Provide specialized nutritional advice for individuals with chronic conditions eating disorders allergies or metabolic issues.
Food Safety & Standards: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations including meal preparation hygiene and storage.
Research and Education: Stay updated on the latest nutrition science and trends. Participate in workshops seminars and continuous education programs.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including dietary assessments progress reports and followup care.
Education: Bachelors degree in Dietetics Nutrition or a related field. Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required.
Licensing/Certification: Valid state/provincial license or certification (as required by location). Completion of an accredited internship program and passing the national registration exam.
Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in clinical nutrition community health or a related field. Experience in managing chronic diseases or specific health conditions is preferred.
Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of nutrition science dietary guidelines and food safety regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for educating patients collaborating with healthcare teams and providing clear concise reports.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess dietary needs and develop personalized nutrition plans based on clinical data and individual goals.
Time Management: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
