Job Description & Summary

Our goal is to achieve lasting impacts by reshaping Human Capital (HC) processes for enhanced efficiency rapid delivery and superior quality.

The Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to spearhead our HR Technology and Transformation team. This role is crucial for leading transformational projects that are central to our digital evolution focusing particularly on the deployment and management of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management within the HR technology arena outstanding skills in stakeholder management and while not mandatory experience with Workday is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR technology projects including planning monitoring and closure ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT HR and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and reporting ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of HR technology solutions providing training and support to users and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and HR technology strategies at PwC.
  • Build management capability through coaching and challenging people on management and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR IT or related field. A Masters degree or project management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management leading and designing in HR technology transformations at scale.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in change management and driving technology adoption within an organization.
  • While not a strict requirement knowledge of employer/employee legislation and the ability to act as a functional Workday expert offering guidance on best practices and customization will be a significant plus.
