Position: Freelance Virtual Assistant (Email Management & Candidate Screening)
Location: Full Remote (Work from Home)

About the Role:
Were looking for a detailoriented techsavvy Virtual Assistant to help manage email communications and candidate applications for our recruitment team. Youll be the first point of contact for applicants ensuring prompt professional and organized responses.
Requirements:
Fluent English (C2 Level) Exceptional written communication.
Experience with Email Management (Outlook Gmail).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
Basic IT Skills (file sharing cloud storage like Google Drive/Dropbox).
Reliable internet connection ability to work independently.
Prior virtual assistant experience is a plus.
AI (e.g Chat GPT deepseek) experience useful.
