Elevator Maintenance Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the biggest groups of companies headquartered in Doha, Qatar. They represent major International Manufacturers and functions as the sole Distributors for the territory of Qatar and is looking for a Elevator Maintenance Manager to lead the technical department. You will be responsible for

- Planning resources, arrange monthly meetings,ensure smooth flow of work and proper maintenance of equipments

- Hiring and Training staff for the technical department

- Sourcing & procuring of material and parts as required for the proper Maintenance of Products

- Responsible for all administrative matters

- Drafting, Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing contracts

- Establishing and Maintaining relationships by serving as a single point of contact for all contractual matters

- Managing record for all contract related correspondence and documentation

- Preparing and maintaining yearly Budgets, implementing cost reduction practices etc.

Requirements

- Proven track record of success: 10+ years’ Gulf experience inVertical Transportation, especially Elevator Technology / Conveying System / Engineering.

- Ability to manage large team of high profile Conveying Systems professionals and international elevator manufacturers.

- Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or relevant industry experience.

- Finance management experience with P&L statements, budget preparation, and strategic capital planning.
