Operation Specialist

Job Description

• Collaborate with relevant cross-team to update the existing procedures database with all types of data, including but not limited to, outdated or incomplete data.
• Invent new processes to ensure the cleanliness of data.
• Review and optimize the registration channels to ensure all incoming information are meeting the quality standards.
• Make sure that the database dashboards figures are in the right direction with the team leader's expectations to enhance the work operations.
• Possesses specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
• Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues related to the applications in service.
• Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business, exposing them to apps illustrating and cyber security.
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems, applications, and devices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Strong people management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
