CAD Operator

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Develop and prepare drawings in CAD format from preliminary concepts and sketches.
• Prepare detailed drawings, in CAD format, of proposed facilities and infrastructures, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
• Produce complete and accurate record drawings.
• Produce drawings for land development projects.
• Work as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional architects/ engineers and other CAD technicians.
• Utilize customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve AutoCAD productivity and efficiency and to comply with the company CAD standards.
• Promote the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
• Perform all other assigned related duties.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop.
• Excellent technical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment, high energy, fast-paced, detailed-oriented, professional approach with a positive, can do attitude.
• Autodesk AutoCAD: Certified Professional
