Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an award winning media/communications group in Qatar that believes in teamwork and collaboration. Our client is looking to hire an Energetic Business Development Manager who will help in expanding the clientele.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companyâs products/services addressing or predicting clientsâ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
-5+ years of experience in the Media Industry as a Business Development Manager
- Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in Arabic.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
