IT Business Intelligence ETL Supervisor

Job Description

• Manages theExtract, Transform,andLoadstages of data processing by developing/managing the corresponding infrastructure.
• Think “Client first” being able to maintain an empathetic stance toward the pain points of our Clients and work to improve their experience in our digital channels and complete digital transformation aggressive plans
• Primary Duties
  • Extract. Businesses store historical information or stream real-time data into many systems. This information is scattered across different software and is structured in various formats. The extraction phase entails defining required data sources, whether it is an ERP, CRM, or third-party system, and gathering data from them.
  • Transform. When the data is gathered from its sources, it’s usually placed in a temporary storage called aStaging Area. While placed in this area, the data is formatted in accordance with defined standards and models. For example, financial numeric of different formats $34.50, 0.90 cents, 01,65 will be changed into a single coherent format: $34.50, $0.90, $1.65.
  • Load. The final stage of an ETL process is loading the structured and formatted data into a database.
• Business As usual
  • Connect & Integrate to new data sources for the warehouse
  • Monthly progress report on all business plans activities
  • Working with presales designing solutions for new business opportunities
  • Identify areas where better services can be provided for existing client leveraging new deploying digital technologies
  • Assess and evaluate vendors performance

Job Requirements

Functional Level:

• Strong back ground with Data Warehouse concepts, Business Intelligence & MS Azure, Office 365 & Power BI.
• Strong background with new Contact Center Technologies, Omni Desktops, Self Services, Bots, web chats, social media management platforms
• Strong Background with systems integrations, CTI and database engines and management systems
• Have the ability to effectively lead, manage, motivate, and develop a team
• Understands the strategic direction and present recommendations for new technological advances and services to our contact center offerings
• Identify process improvement opportunities as needed
• University Graduate (Engineering/Technical Faculty).

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
• MS SQL, .NET, MS Azure, Office 365, Power BI, Power APP
• Strong Back ground with programming and coding platforms
• Previous contact center experience is a plus
