As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join ourCargo Operations TeaminAlmatyas aCargo Operations Officer.

• Monitoring smooth cargo operations at the station through close coordination with the GHA’s and staff within the station as well as continuously monitoring and developing adherence to regulations as outlined by local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring strict compliance to IATA regulations for effective movement of inbound and outbound cargo whilst reducing operation costs involved.
• Maintaining the freighter on time performance and ensuring no delays occur due to ground operations throughout the delegated region.
• Independently running the station, monitoring compliance of stakeholders according to set procedures and ensuring company policies are maintained at a high level of quality
• Creatively working to create new procedures and implement them in coordination with your line manager
• Ensuring cargo bookings are made according to internal rules and regulations
• Acting as a first point of contact for operational, commercial and customer service activities
• Ensuring station remains compliant in regards to training, security and operational regulations and guidelines as part of your administrative duties
