QS Engineer - remote

Job Description

• Assist the management representative to implement the overall operation of the company's ISO/TS16949/ESD management process and supervise the daily system operation of all departments;
• Responsible for the liaison, negotiation and jury work of the external and tripartite audits of the company system;
• Assist management representatives to collect and compile monthly/annual management review materials.
• Regularly (once/half a year)/irregularly (for major quality accidents or other reasons) organize internal audits of the company’s system, and assist management representatives in tracking the improvement of non-conformance items, the progress of verification, and the establishment of standardization, Implement
• Regularly (1 time/half a year) organize internal audits of the company's manufacturing process, and track the improvement and verification progress of non-conformance items, as well as the establishment and implementation of standardization;
• Responsible for maintaining and maintaining the compliance, effectiveness, and implementation of the quality management system documents to meet the needs of continuous improvement;
• Responsible for regular (at least 1 time/month) organization to inspect the company's implementation, and to track and verify the improvement results
• Responsible for the system promotion and training of the company's internal personnel;
• Other matters assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Education: Full-time bachelor degree or above, engineering related major;
• Work experience: at least 3 years of work experience in the planning, review and improvement of the ISO/IATF16949/ESD quality management system in the PCBA industry;
• Professional knowledge: have the theory and practical experience of five major quality tools;
• Strong sense of work responsibility, good working method experience, strong working principles, and able to deal with problems realistically.
