Job Description
Coordination with the client and the consultant, managing and preparing the necessary data and technical reports
- Preparing the system for keeping the technical office documents.
Receiving, studying and keeping the documents of the main contract and the bid study file with all the attachments attached to them.
Prepare detailed drawings. Shop drawings -
Designs and graphics.
Preparing technical studies for site planning. site layout -
- Make schedules for the required tests according to the contract documents.
Preparing the revised list of quantities. REVISED BILL
- Preparing a program for receiving designs and drawings.
- Collecting periodic reports data for the client / consultant / company management to be presented to the project / process manager

- Compiling the company's internal follow-up data
- Follow up the preparation of inventory books for business
Receipt, preservation and distribution of technical test results 0
Fulfilling and documenting the change orders of the main contract and its relationship to the time and financial programs of the project / operation.
Preparing claims based on the terms of the contract. (Claims) -
- Periodic photography of the executed works starting from the date of receiving the site.

Preparing catalogs, maintenance and warranty books and delivering them to the customer.
