Job Description

Quality control and monitoring

  • Participate in setting the strategic objectives of the administration in order to achieve the general objectives of the company
  • Participate in the formulation and adoption of regulations and policies regulating work in order to improve performance and the work environment
  • Determining and requesting the local and international standards necessary to work within the company, ensuring that they contain acceptance and rejection criteria, and sending a copy of them to the Procurement Department to oblige the supplier with them in order to maintain quality standards.
  • Participation with the Production Department in determining the necessary inspection points within the production departments and creating inspection instructions and forms for them in order to comply with the relevant internal and local specifications.
  • Approving the issuance ofa monthly statistical statement on the products that were rejected as a result of defects in materials or manufacturing and sending it to the representative of the administration with the aim of continuous improvement and determining the responsible for its implementation, the date of implementation and follow-up of implementation.
  • Participate in reviewing the instructions for inspection and testing on the product and to ensure that they cover the specification according to which the production is carried out.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the tests carried out on the product, notifying the management representative, and approving the operating and inspection instructions with the aim of tightening control.
  • Review the procedures/forms/instructions related to product quality control and quality assurance before being approved by the management representative.
  • Participation in the supplier evaluation committee in order to ensure the progress of the production process.
  • Follow up the work of the sensory evaluation team and the reports issued by it to ensure that the product comes out in the form and quality satisfactory to the customer.
  • Follow-up of the public health work team to ensure the general health of workers in the production departments, manufacturing operations and others dealing with the company's products and that they are free from any diseases or things that negatively affect the cleanliness, safety and quality of the food product.
  • Follow-up of the control and hygiene work team to ensure that the headquarters and departments of manufacturing and storing the product are free of any pests, rodents, insects or impurities that may infect the product or the raw material, which negatively affects the quality and safety of the food product.
  • Selecting, leading, directing and providing technical and administrative support to the work team in order to achieve the general objectives of the department.
  • Reviewing the receipt of production requirements, examining them, performing the necessary tests in internal and external laboratories, and determining acceptance and rejection criteria.
  • Reviewing and updating the internal specifications of raw materials, finished product and in-process product to determine the validity periods.
  • The quality control and quality assurance team follows up on new products and modifications to existing products in order to control the entry of new products and increase the market share of the company's products.
  • Participate in the preparation of training plans for the work team in order to improve continuous performance.
  • Evaluating and evaluating the performance of the work team on a regular basis and determining the eligible for promotion and the percentage of the annual bonus in order to follow up and improve the continuous performance.

Quality Assurance:

  • He supervises and follows up the process of completing the documents related to the quality systems applied in the company and verifying the existence of their requirements in order to obtain a certificate of conformity and follow up on compliance with it.
  • Supervising and following up on customer complaints and measuring customer satisfaction in order to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in the design, implementation and documentation of the company's internal operations, to improve and monitor them to identify risks and opportunities for improvement in the performance of operations.
  • Develops and implements metrics (practical ability, control charts, quality of measurement) to monitor system effectiveness and enable managers to make sound decisions.
  • Oversees root cause analysis of quality-related problems and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and improve operations within the company.
  • Establishing statistical data collection and analysis systems to predict trends that will affect product quality improvement.

Supervising the restructuring and documentation of the company’s internal operations in order to improve the performance of current operations and reduce waste (except for financial affairs).

  • Follow up of the branches in the application of the quality system with regard to the preservation, storage, display of products and their proper and healthy circulation within the branch to ensure the safety and quality of the product and its satisfactory presentation to the customer.
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work in order to achieve the objectives.
