Architecture Technical Office Engineer

Job Description

• Carrying out Architect Working drawings and Working Drawing.
• Carrying Architect Design.
• Follow-up and assigning subcontractors work items statements.
• Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control.
• Draw and print rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.
• Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications, and advising on design corrections under architect's supervision.
• Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.
• Follow-up and assigning subcontractors work items approval situation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architect Engineer.
• Experience from 5 to 7.
• A good working knowledge of AutoCAD andRevit Architect program.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships.
• The ability to negotiate.
