Job Description

• Responsible for manage all FM related operations or community services on a daily basis.
• Responsibleforservice delivery atspecifiedlocations, measuredby contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Dispatch all service requests immediately on Oracle system and on-site parallel, follow actual closure with all sections as per our SLAs, a deepfollow up on priority oneand emergency cases, to reach the maximum rate of client’s satisfaction.
• Mange Service provider to achieve required quality / SLA, with corrective instructions from FM side, covering more than 90% of all the caseswithservice providers, which were received. In addition, reviewand trackthe service provider’s contract by checking the availability of the manpower in all fields day by day.
• Preparing all types of reports and studies concerning the maintenance activity, CRM reports, client satisfaction, Service requests, and ….etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:-

• BSc. fromone oftheoretical faculties.

Skills:

• Back experience in facility management. Preferred to be residential ones.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to work in weekends, especially in summer season
