Job Description

• Lead in the drive of alternative distribution channels torealize the business from untraditional channels.
• Lead in negotiation with partners to enroll new partners & reviewexisting relationship for improved performance.
• Analyze existing business and develop new distribution partnerson a consistentbasis and develop strategies for using these channels to achievesales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities using relevant researchtools/sector specific targeting, cold calling and networking etc
• Develop high business network and relationship for business opportunities and leverage on them.

Job Requirements

• Education:A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
  A professional qualification in Insurance/Marketing or a Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
• Experience:A minimum of three to six years of sales management experience in an Insurance Company is preferred. Digital sales experience is a plus.

Skills/Knowledge:

• A strong understanding of customer support processes, as well as a sales and marketing process in the B2B environment within the Alternative Distribution space.
• A team player with the ability to work without supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and presentation skills
