الوصف الوظيفي
In this role you will be:
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to promote Lesaffre products to various customer segments (industrial instore and craft).
- Transforming customer needs and expectations into actionable projects.
- Collaborating with the formulation team to develop new products that align with client requirements.
- Debriefing on customer visits and product testing as well as providing both theoretical and practical training to customers.
- Communicating technical data and information from the field to relevant stakeholders such as the formulation team and Market Manager.
- Communicating project results to customers and related stakeholders.
Qualifications :
If you:
- Have an extensive experience of 10 years in the craft and / or industrial bread making field
- Practice on specific breadmaking techniques and associated ingredients
- Are a pro in the local bread making market and practices
- Put customer satisfaction in the center of your work
- Are prone to international working environments
- Speak both Arabic and English fluently and
- Actively use Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint preferably)
