The SolarEdge logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and storage of Solar Edge products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction processes prices and transit time.
- Vendors Billing approval Control logistics vendors invoices according to authorized quotations
- Approve reject and clarify open billing issues
- Budget Control Budget allocation according to finance guidelines
- Finance manage a coordinated process of invoices and accruals registration
- Price list Responsible for maintaining an accurate price list according to logistics vendors quotations
- TMS system Administrator (Enfopack) Ensure Enfopack appropriately manages all shipping information
- BI: Maintain BI matrix data to ensure precise freight cost forecast at any point in time

Requirements :
- Graduated or 4year student who is available for full time position
- Excel high skill level. Familiar with functions database analysis
- Fluent English

- individual skilled at focusing on tactical tasks even those that feel endlessly repetitive.
