2. JOB PURPOSE:
The role will involve responsibilities for branding for marketing including liaison related for retailer marketing and events. The role will focus upon driving turnover through delivery of brand presentation media engagement and signage across the Mall.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper designs by our creative agency proper messaging and positioning of branding and ensuring signages are well placed and within the timelines allocated. This will include developing and managing effective relationships across agencies suppliers the mall management team customers and crossfunctional staff.
The Marketing Coordinators will ultimately build the brand visual representations in the mall to ensure the successful delivery of the short and medium expectations of Doha Festival City Mall stakeholders.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Performance Indicators
Liaison between the agencies/suppliers and the Mall Management Team
Assume daily point of contact for branding management in regards to marketing and media programmes including tenant support through tenant relations team.
Developing relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries within the acceptable standards.
Foster closer relationship between the management team
Ensure production and installation of branding elements and signages are done within the allotted timeline with health & safety considerations.
Work with the wider mall management team to resolve issues with tenants as quickly as possible
Develop the brand visuals to ensure a continuous maintenance and upgrade of standards
Track all marketing branding signages and retailer support assets and conform to schedules.
Maintain a photography archive of all branding/signages within the mall
Ensuring all branding timelines are maintained by early scheduling and coordination with all relevant agencies suppliers government entities and internal departments. Demonstrate control and sign off.
Safeguard our brand guidelines and elevating creative standards by ensuring necessary signoffs and considerations.
Preform daily check on marketing activations and messaging across the mall to ensure standards are maintained and issues are reported/resolved.
Superb understanding of branding messaging and media within the mall.
Liaison between AFRE and the Retail Tenants:
Partner with and assume point of contact between the marketing and the various AFRE teams including the leasing mall management marketing tenant relations and facilities management to agree and deliver business specific projects
Manage retailer’s branding request and coordinate with Tenant Relations to achieve efficient branding related to retail support. Demonstrate engagement.
Work with the marketing team to implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns and initiatives to tenants
Liaise with Elan media on any cross promotion issues and internal media tools.
Liaise with Production Company in regards to all tenant hoarding and branding matters.
Coordinate all banners bulkheads signages and media tools.
Allocate and control fashion pods and accessory pods in proper liaison with tenant relations and set up in a timely and appropriate standard including all signage.
Maximised opportunities to communicate relevant project information initiatives and project success
Work Permits :
Responsible to receive work permits related to retailer marketing and brand presentations
Verify all work permits in consultation with the Electrical and Civil Engineer and Security and approved them as per mall policies and procedures
Follow up with existing tenants and Operations Team to ensure the closure of open work permits.
Coordinate with government offices as appropriate for permits and collection.
Daily dispatch of approved work permits before close of business hours for of job.

Events & promotions
To assist the events team and promotions teams as and when required in support of duty management controls and monitoring of events.
Investigate competitor activities and behaviours for trends and potential ideas to improve events and promotions
Analyse monthly turnover and traffic results collect interpret and adjust plans as required.
To ensure brand delivery during events & promotions are controlled within all legislative legal HSE and proper controls.
Financial management
Deliver activities within operating budgets and demonstrate detail timelines to ensure orders are raised in timely manner and approval signatures attained.
Identify and implement costs savings in production and purchase of promotional materials and event items.
Effectively negotiate fees
Track and reforecast pals
Ensure proper control in line with company procedures for purchasing and preparation of scope orders and payments.
Maintaining ROI against allocated budget without compromise to quality or health & safety.
5. JOB CONTEXT:
The role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the company’s reputation in the shopping centre industry. Serve as a point of contact for ensuring high standard and effective branding and signages across the mall and ensuring effective collaboration with tenant relations to foster tenantlandlord relationship.
6. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduation in any degree.
Fluent in English.
Marketing or business experience in a retail environment. (Preferably branding experience)
Minimum Experience:
35 years relevant experience in coordination and follow ups preferably in a shopping centre.
