We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to work with the development team through the
implementation phase ensuring highquality scalable and maintainable code.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in Java development.
Conduct code reviews to maintain quality security and performance standards.
Support the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Maintain applicationlevel knowledge and assist with change requests.
Requirements
8 years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Spring framework microservices architecture and REST APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Proficiency in databases (SQL NoSQL) and caching solutions.
Handson experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Appreciated
Certifications in Java and cloud technologies.
Experience with eventdriven architecture (Kafka RabbitMQ).
