الوصف الوظيفي

Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide professional guidance on market conditions prices mortgages and legal requirements.

Conduct property viewings and advise clients on the best options available.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners investors and developers.

Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements between buyers and sellers.

Stay updated on the latest real estate trends market conditions and pricing strategies.

Manage property listings including advertising and promoting available properties.

Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and company policies.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 12 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service.

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Knowledge of real estate laws contracts and best practices.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
