Were seeking a visionary DevOps Architect to lead the technical direction of our production platform group. In this pivotal role youll have the opportunity to oversee and design cuttingedge crossfunctional systems that power our global operations. Youll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions & drive architectural excellence.
- Develop and implement architectural strategies for production systems
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and objectives
- Manage technical agendas including contributing to project planning and reviewing
- Work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders including engineering operations and quality assurance teams
- Act as a liaison between production engineering and other departments to facilitate smooth workflows and communication
- Advocate for production engineering initiatives and innovations both internally and externally
- Implement best practices and standards to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in system architecture and technical leadership roles
- Extensive experience with largescale distributed and faulttolerant production system architectures including cloud and onpremises solutions
- Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges and optimizing production systems.
- Data driven able to support architectural design with data points and KPIs
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with experience in mentoring engineers influencing crossfunctional teams and building effective crossdepartmental working relationships
