Position: IT Operations Team Leader
Location: Head Office Iraq
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical support and operations team providing direction motivation and development opportunities.
- Plan and organize technical support and operational activities to ensure efficient .
- Ensure the delivery of highquality technical services to users and clients.
- Supervise troubleshooting processes for hardware software and systems issues.
- Execute routine maintenance updates and configurations for IT equipment and applications.
- Provide timely support to technology and business departments.
- Oversee endofday/month/year tasks on banking systems.
- Maintain and share technical knowledge related to hardware systems and security.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations or a similar role.
