Better is Hiring: Back Office Operator
We re looking for an organized available and proactive person to join our professional team!
What the role includes:
- Fastpaced back office work and managing financial processes
- Communication with clients via phone and email
- Managing documents and keeping track of ongoing tasks
What s important to us:
- Order and organization a must
- High availability a must
- Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Financial background an advantage
Requirements :
Who You Are:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew
- Highly techsavvy strong orientation in basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently following established policies and regulations
- Team player with a proactive approach
