Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer you will collaborate with product managers designers and frontend engineers to design and implement new features for our growing user base. This role involves leading crossfunctional projects owning and improving systems and mentoring less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful features by collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Own features or systems with a focus on stability and continuous improvement.
- Support production issue resolution.
- Write clean wellstructured and maintainable code.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers.
- Improve engineering standards tools and processes.
- Analyze user stories and transform them into actionable features.
- Advocate for best practices in availability scalability and operational excellence.
- Lead or contribute to largescale projects.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in PHP Python JavaScriptTypeScript Node React.
- Strong knowledge of Git Docker Kubernetes CI/CD practices.
- Experience with AWS Microservices MySQL MongoDB.
- Good understanding of web application security HTML/CSS.
- Agile development experience (Scrum/Kanban).
Personal Skills:
- Passion for clean code and continuous learning.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Businessoriented mindset with the ability to align work with company goals.
