We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Cairo Egypt. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean comfortable and memorable stay at our hotel.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff assigning tasks and ensuring highquality performance
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms corridors and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms including bedding bathrooms and amenities
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room items placing orders as needed
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate records including room status reports and staff schedules
- Conduct daily briefings with staff to communicate important information and address any issues
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in housekeeping preferably in a supervisory role
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Customerfocused approach with a warm and caring personality
- Ability to anticipate and address guest needs proactively
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of cleaning products procedures and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
