Senior Sales Coordinator (Engineer) :
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Sales Coordinator to oversee and manage projects related to Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities ensuring timely execution and liaising between internal teams clients and stakeholders.
- This role requires project management skills technical knowledge of UPS systems and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate UPS system projects from planning to execution ensuring ontime delivery
- Work closely with sales presales procurement and installation teams to align project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project timelines schedules and resource allocation plans
- Prepare and present project progress reports documentation and performance metrics to management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project coordination within the UPS power or electrical engineering industry
- Strong understanding of UPS systems
- Familiarity with project management and procurement processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients vendors and internal teams
