- Best practice and support in operating devices and systems with the highest safety standards
- Track equipment performance through visual inspections, condition-based monitoring and preventive maintenance actions and schedule additional maintenance as needed
- Responsibility for the technical team during their shift and their support and development
- Resolve facility issues to reduce operational downtime and enable packages to be processed as quickly as possible
- Supporting the continuous improvement of systems and standardization of processes across the EU network
