HR ExecutiveOfficer - SRC

Job Description:

• Supervising HR staff performance and guiding employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
• Assisting the HR department in the hiring process.
• Assisting in employee compensation.
• Developing strategies and implementing changes that improve job knowledge.
• Recruiting screening interviewing and placing candidates.
• Handling employee relations payroll benefits and training.
• Planning directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant recruitment tools.

Visa with NOC required
