Role Overview:As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for delivering topnotch support to our customers in their preferred language (Italian Dutch or German). Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian Dutch or German (both verbal and written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities

• Prior experience in customer or technical support is advantageous but not required
