Financial Analyst

Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC) is looking for a Financial Analyst specializing in Security Operations who can accompany onsite visits. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of security tasks including the computation and analysis of physical security costs. This involves evaluating elements such as perimeter walls access control (doors biometrics) CCTV systems/plans floor plans security guard expenses and cost per square meter and facilitating billing processes with security agencies.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• With at least 2 years of financial accounting/analysis or any related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as but not limited to: Word Excel PowerPoint.
• Experienced in accounting applications are advantageous.
• Someone who is adaptable exhibits good analytical and has good problemsolving skills.
• Amenable to work in Alabang Muntinlupa City.
