Aviation Bookkeeper CPA

Our client is a highly specialized elite aviation company focused on Aviation Training with an extraordinary emphasis on safety & procedures. The ideal candidate will need experience in the aviation industry highly gifted experienced and dedicated bookkeeper / CPA with a high level of organization.

• Track expenses budget taxes cash flow receipts and other financial dealings of the company.
  
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  
• Ensure timely processing of payroll clients reports and sales taxes.
  
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly monthly and yearly).
  

Requirements

• Aviation Industry experience is a plus
  
• 2 years of experience in related field
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks is a must
  
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
  
• Detail oriented
