We provide clients business consulting services across Program & Project Management Business Analysis Product Management and Scaled Agile. We plug into existing teams and projects to solve business & operational challenges. CrossTeam Collaboration & Communication is our specialty.

What youll do at SOL:

• Manage the successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and role matrix
• Possess the ability to influence stakeholders and interact with executive level leaders and partners; establish and maintain key relationships with relevant stakeholders across different functional groups
• Setup schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings ongoing project status communications and scrum cadences
• Analyze project requirements prepare budgets and schedules; develop business case for project initiation
• Build and maintain project plan budget risk & issues log document repository and project health and status reports
• Facilitate project escalations and decisions with relevant stakeholders as needed
• Establish strong relationships with team stakeholders and leadership manage individuals on project team to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Anticipate and help resolve problems bottlenecks and/or scheduling conflicts to ensure project deliverables remain ontime and onbudget
• Understand relevant technologies and architectures to adequately support project goals and planning (Technical Project Manager roles only)
• Provide technology functional and domain support to the project team as needed (Technical Project Manager roles only)

What were looking for:

• 5 years in project management consulting and/or relevant industry
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools including MS Project Visio PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceNow JIRA Smartsheets Airtable or relevant Project Management tools
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and their application in project delivery
