PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Solution Architect in the semiconductor industry plays a crucial role in designing and implementing effective solutions to manage product development manufacturing and lifecycle processes. Lets delve into the key responsibilities and skills associated with this role:

Number of years of experience: 15 Years in Teamcenter implementation

Designing and Developing PLM Customizations:

• Analyzing business requirements and understanding the unique needs of semiconductor design new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing processes.
• Configuring and automating workflows within Teamcenter.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to address complex bug issues in production systems or applications.
• System Architecture Assessment and Improvement

Designing system architecture and identifying areas for enhancement:

• Design integration interfaces with existing applications.
• Working closely with technical staff to recommend solutions that improve system performance scalability and efficiency.

EndtoEnd Solution Design:

• Gathering business process requirements related to semiconductor design NPI and manufacturing.
• Preparing detailed functional specifications and advising offshore teams on efficient implementation.

HighLevel Architecture and Solutions:

• Collaborating with relevant architects subject matter experts and project management teams.
• Mapping services and software to meet customer requirements.
• Creating highlevel architecture/solution options work breakdown structures project timelines cost estimates and risk assessments.

Technical Troubleshooting and Support:

• Solving technical problems as they arise during Teamcenter Implementation.
• Providing expertise in resolving issues related to Teamcenter customizations and configurations.
