Location Mumbai
Qualification Graduate/ Diploma in Technical / Engineering or any other relevant field.
Experience 5 Years
Job Responsibility :
Good understanding and knowledge of the technical contractual and
commercial issues related to an Oil & Gas shore base operation.
Good understanding of Indian customs requirement
B. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Team player and meticulous to details.
Proactive and able to work independently applying a structured and
systematic approach.
Ability to deliver in a high pressure fast paced environment. Ability to
deliver high quality work on time.
Ability to think strategically.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility honesty and reliability are considered important factors
Handling of technical documentation as per contractual requirements
for Ruby FPSO both internal or from suppliers partners or clients
using applicable EDMS (Electronic Document Management System
SAP).
Implement and maintain procedures guidelines Standards Work
Instructions and contractual requirements for the control of
documents.
Work closely with and actively support all relevant departments.
Guide relevant personnel in the use of the EDMS
Follow up and secure timely delivery of all technical documentation
prior to start up and during operations.
Participate in internal quality audits as required and Continuously
seeking improvements to document handling.
Other responsibilities as assigned by TMM or Operations Manager.
