Roles & Responsibilities:
* Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to convert them into paying customers for products.
* Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products from the catalog.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports on a daily basis.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns and promotions.
* Stay uptodate on products features and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
