Senior Product Designer - FinTech - contract temp-to-perm

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Designer to join our team. Operating from the UK EU or UAE (Abu Dhabi/Dubai) you will be responsible for designing highquality financial products in the asset tokenization space. The position is a freelance / contract role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Tasks

• Leading the design process from conception to implementation focusing on user experience visual design and product functionality.
• Ensuring that the developed products meet user needs while also aligning with business requirements.
• Collaborating closely with the product development team to identify and implement innovative solutions that fully leverage the potential of blockchain technology.
• Continuously iterating and optimizing products based on user feedback and industry insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer in the FinTech space with a focus on trading apps banking apps wallets and asset management platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma.
• Ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative design solutions.
• Experience working in agile development teams and understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• 45 years of experience in the FinTech Industry
