HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to be based in UK. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of highquality care to our patients under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals. The role involves providing physical and emotional support to patients promoting their independence and dignity and ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Job Overview:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks including bathing dressing and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist in the monitoring of patients vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure patients rooms are clean and tidy.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK
