• Design and implement comprehensive data analysis strategies to support business decisionmaking.
• Lead a team of data analysts in various data projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain robust analytical tools and dashboards for ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business units and IT departments to enhance data collection and interpretation.
• Guide the integration of new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management to effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage their professional development.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics.

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in statistical software (such as R SAS) and SQL.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (such as Tableau Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and complex analytical projects.
