As a parttime Marketing Manager you will have the chance to collaborate with our team of exceptional and seasoned founders who have a strong track record in launching successful national and international tech and blockchain ventures. ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading the marketing strategies and execution for Merchant Innovates upcoming projects ensuring they resonate well with target audiences and achieve desired engagement levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the vision and value of our projects.
• Campaign Execution and Management: Execute project marketing campaigns ensuring they are innovative timely and efficiently managed across multiple channels.
• Content Development: Craft compelling content that enhances brand visibility and fosters an engaging narrative around our projects.
• Analytics and Insights: Utilize marketing analytics tools to gauge campaign success and adapt strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including web developers and designers to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and project development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced Marketer: Proven track record with at least 3 years of marketing experience preferably in tech or blockchainfocused industries.
• Broad Skill Set: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms excellent communication skills and a strong ability to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Creative and Analytical: A keen eye for creative marketing opportunities and a solid understanding of marketing analytics to drive decisionmaking.
• Collaborative Nature: Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals.

COMPENSATION:

Equity Allocation: Initially compensation will be primarily in the form of equity allocations from our upcoming projects. Following the launch monetary compensation packages will be evaluated based on project success and individual performance. This approach aligns our teams interests with the longterm success of our initiatives.
